Whether you’re looking to travel a short distance or across the country, the newest AirTran sale has something for you. We only see this type of sale about twice a year, so take advantage before it ends on June 14, 11:59 pm (Pacific Time). It’s actually pretty creative- here’s how it works:

  • $49 each way (incl. tax) for 0-500 mile flights
  • $99 each way (incl. tax) for 501-1,300 mile flights
  • $139 each way (incl. tax) for 1,301+ mile flights

The prices above are each way and include taxes. Double them to get the full roundtrip, tax-inclusive price for nonstop routes. AirTran’s site explains that the sale only includes nonstop fares, but we also found some additional 1-stop routes on sale, beyond what they list on their website.

This sale is valid for travel August 13 – November 14, with only a few blackouts (Aug. 18 & 30, Sept. 3-4). We recommend using the Fly.com Low Fare Calendar links below to get the best handle on availability.
