Check-In
American Airlines passengers are advised to arrive 90 minutes before departure for domestic flights and at least two hours for international flights. All passengers should be at the gate 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
Baggage
Baggage limitations vary between destinations. Passengers flying within the United States are permitted up to 23kg and one item of hand luggage. Flights to Brazil, the European Union, India and Asia permit up to 32kg of checked in baggage, one item of hand luggage for economy and two items for Business Class.
Seating
American Airlines offer a seat pitch of 32 inches as standard. Upgraded passengers enjoy a reclining area extending to 6ft 4 inches in Business Class and 6ft 6 inches in First Class.
