LOT Polish Airlines known locally as Polskie Linnie Lotnicze LOT S.A. is the flag carrier of Poland. Established in 1929 it is one of the world’s oldest airlines still in operation. Headquartered in Warsaw it is part owned by the government and by the airline’s employees. LOT Polish Airlines flights leave daily from its main hub at Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport.

Check-In
LOT check-in desks open two hours before departure and four hours for flights for the United States. All passengers are advised to arrive at the gate 30 minutes before take-off.

Passengers on domestic flights can check in up to 20kg of luggage and 30kg for Business Class travellers. Long-haul flights permit 23kg for Economy passengers with 6kg of hand luggage. Two bags weighing up to 32kg is permitted for Business Class including two items of hand luggage up to 9kg.
Seating
The seat pitch on LOT Polish Airlines is 32 inches as standard. Long-haul international flights offer 32 inches for Economy passengers and 56- 57 inches for Business Class travellers.
