Caribbean Airlines is the flag carrier of Jamaica and the national airline of Trinidad and Tobago. Established in 2007 after replacing former airline BWIA West Indies Airways, Caribbean Airlines operates flights to destinations in the United States, Canada and South America. Headquartered in Piarco, Tunapuna-Piarco region Caribbean Airlines is owned by the Jamaican Government and run by Captain Ian Brunton and Chairman Arthur Lok Jack.
Caribbean Airlines offer cheap flights from hubs at Piarco International airport in Trinidad and the Kingston Norman Manley International airport in Jamaica. Secondary hubs at Fort Lauderdale, New York, Miami and Toronto, serve domestic locations including Barbados, Jamaica, Antigua, St Maarten, Caracas, Guyana and Suriname. Plans to open a direct flight service to the United Kingdom should be announced later in the year.

Check-In
Caribbean Airline passengers are required to check in three hours prior to departure. Web check-in is open to some destinations and is available up to 36 hours before take-off. Passengers must arrive at the gate one hour before the flight.
Baggage

Seating
The seat pitch on a Caribbean Airlines flight is 31 inches for Economy and 46 inches in Business Class. Passengers requesting an aisle seat are advised to book in advance.
