Flying since 1927, Iberia Líneas Aéreas de España is Spain ’s flag carrier airline. It operates an international network of services out of Madrid. Barajas and Barcelona El Prat are the airline’s main bases.
Iberia Airlines flies nearly 30 million passengers to over 117 destinations in 43 countries and in partnership with other airline companies, offers flights to another 72 destinations. Check-In
Online check-in is available between 24 and two hours before scheduled departure. The check-in time limit for short and medium-haul routes is 45 minutes before the flight is scheduled to depart.
Baggage
The Iberia information on baggage allowances permits up to 23 kg for checked-in bags and 10 kg for hand luggage. Cabin bags should not exceed 55 x 40 x 20cm in dimension.
Seating
Iberia seat pitch is 31 inches for Economy passengers and 32 inches in Economy Class for international flights. Business-Class flyers can enjoy a seat pitch of 60 inches.
