Virgin Atlantic Airways is a British airline established in 1984. It is part-owned by Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group and Singapore Airlines. Headquartered near London Gatwick airport ‘The Office’ is located in Crawley, West Sussex.

Check-In
Passengers can check in using three options; self service kiosk, online or at the standard welcome desk. All Virgin Atlantic passengers must arrive at the airport at least 2.5 hours before the flight .

Baggage
Baggage limitations decrease by class. Economy passengers can take one piece of hand luggage up to 6kg and one bag weighing up to 23kg for check-in, whilst Premium Economy passengers may check in two bags at 23kg each. For the Upper Class Suite passengers two pieces of hand luggage and up to three check-in bags at 32kg each are permitted.

Seating
Virgin Atlantic Airways offer 3 cabin areas; Economy, Premium Economy and the Upper Class Suite. Economy offers a seat pitch of 31 inches; Premium Economy is 38 inches, with designated bed space available in the Upper Class Suite.
