For flights departing from Hong Kong, domestic dogs and cats are accepted as checked baggage only and not permitted in the cabin. Only service dogs are allowed on board. For flights arriving at Hong Kong, pets are only allowed in a designated cargo, neither as cabin nor as checked-in baggage. Hong Kong Airlines booking for pets must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the flight departure.
