Children traveling alone between the ages of 5-12 must mandatorily avail the airline’s Unaccompanied Minor Service. This service is optional for minors between the ages of 13-18. The minor is taken care of right from the time of boarding the flight until they are safely handed over to their guardian at the arrival airport.
Singapore Airlines allows domestic cats and dogs to travel either as checked baggage or as cargo, subject to the conditions of the destination country. Service dogs may be taken onboard the flight. Pets (inclusive of kennels) weighing over 32 kg are required to be transported as cargo.
Singapore Airlines' online check-in is available from 48 hours up to 1.5 hours before the scheduled departure. Passengers can select their preferred seats and avoid hassles at the airport.
