How to get there?

When to Go?
Entebbe is agreeable all year round with the dry seasons of March, July and October the busiest for travelling and trekking.

The local Uganda Wildlife Education Centre is a world centre of study and provides shelter for many rare birds and animals, often rescuing them from distress such as Sarah the famous member of the UWGC chimpanzee family as well as offering traditional reed thatched accommodation. A gentle stroll in The National Botanical Gardens on the shores of Lake Victoria will take you through different equatorial zones form rain forest to savannah. It’s heaven for bird watchers with birdlife of all shapes and sizes wading, perching, roosting or flitting from tree to tree around you. The gardens lets you get up close to the breath and rhythm of African wildlife before relaxing in the cool shade with the refreshment of your choice.
