Croatia Airlines is the state-owned air carrier of the Republic of Croatia and is headquartered in the city of Buzin, near Zagreb. With a standing history of 30 years, the airline flies to 27 destinations across the world. It has a fleet size of 12, comprising two Airbus A320-200, four Airbus 319-100 and six Dash 8-Q400 aircrafts. Its logo has ‘Croatia Airlines’ written in bold with a red-colored triangle attached to the left, symbolic of a plane’s tail.

Children travelling alone between the ages of 5-12 are treated as unaccompanied minors. For such minors, Croatia Airlines tickets cannot be bought online. A parent/guardian must accompany the child to the check in and remain on the premises until departure. After checking in, an airport attendant accompanies the child to the aircraft and ensures they are safely seated. Upon arrival, the attendant accompanies them to an authorized adult at the airport.
Only cats and dogs are allowed in the cabin, and must be placed in a transporter soft bag. Only one pet transporter bag is allowed per passenger; the maximum weight of the bag with the pet must not be more than 8 kg. Animals that cannot be transported in the cabin due to their size must be transported in the baggage compartment.
Croatia Airlines Airbus aircraft have video systems which broadcast instructional videos and offer in-flight entertainment. There is also an in-flight store which offers everything from food items to beverages, books, games, accessories, etc.
